SK Outdoorz started with a simple belief: if we concentrate on one material—neoprene—and one category—performance suits—we can serve global brands better than factories that try to make everything. Over the past decade and a half, that focus has shaped a company with two dedicated manufacturing buildings, an in house printing workshop and a total floor space of about 20,000 square meters. In the production workshop, more than 90 sewing machines imported from Japan and Taiwan are humming every day, and more than 200 employees with more than 10 years of experience are polishing high-quality products for us!
What we actually
Our core is wetsuits—surfing suits, diving suits, spearfishing suits, sailing and triathlon suits. But the product line doesn’t stop at suits. Clients also come to us for gloves, socks, hoods, boots and other neoprene accessories that complete a collection or open a new niche. If it’s neoprene-based, chances are we’ve made it—or can develop it with you.

The Brief – You send an idea, sketch or reference sample. If confidentiality is a concern, we sign an NDA without fuss.
Materials & Construction Plan – We recommend neoprene grades, inner/outer fabrics, seam types and finishing methods based on performance targets and cost.
Sampling – Rapid prototypes confirm fit, flexibility, buoyancy and branding details.
Pilot Run & QC Matrix – We stress-test production, document checkpoints and lock specifications.
Mass Production – Full in line inspections and final AQL checks keep surprises out of the cartons.
Logistics & After sales – We ship where you need—by sea, air or courier—and stand behind the goods if anything needs attention.
Quality is a system, not a slogan
SK Outdoorz operates under a documented quality-control flow: IQC (incoming inspection) → IPQC (in process) → FQC (final). Third party inspections are welcomed. Over the years we’ve collected more than ten international quality and social compliance certifications, and we can source materials that meet REACH/RoHS or eco-friendly requirements when projects call for them.
Your design stays yours
We know intellectual property is a major concern in the apparel and gear world. Our policy is straightforward: we only use your patterns, prints and molds for your order. We label and store files separately, and we’re happy to formalize that with NDAs.
